2012 Alumni Reunion

 

March 3, 2012 - 5:00pm - 1:00am at Howard Johnson, 1090 Skyline Dr. Conway, AR

 
We do ask this year that you pay ahead of time (we are offering a $5.00 discount if we receive before the date) because it’s a heavy burden for our treasurer to collect all of that money the day of the event.  This year, it will be located at the same hotel as last year the Howard Johnson’s in Conway.  Here is a link to a map of the hotel, http://howardjohnsonconwayar.com/. If you would like a room, tell them that you’re with the Reunion on March 3rd and they will give you a rate of $58.50 for a king or two twins.  This year we will be having an Italian buffet with beef lasagna, chicken Alfredo, pasta marinara, Caesar salad, rolls and drinks.  The cost of the dinner will be $18.00 per person ($23.00 day of the event).  We will have free beer and wine and will have a small bar set up for donations.  As usual, we will have a small business meeting at 4:30 that will last no longer than an hour for any alumni that would like to attend. Dinner will be served at 6:00 and then you will be free the rest of the evening to catch up with old brothers. The Phi Sig house will be open for tours all afternoon long and I think you will be quite surprised in the progress that we’ve made over there in the last year! If you have any Phi Sig memorabilia that you would like to donate to the house or chapter room, please bring it with you. We still have plenty of walls that need something on them!  Also, please don’t forget the silent auction.  We are really pushing the auction this year.  You can choose where your money goes on any donation (scholarship fund, chapter fund, housing fund, general fund) and keep in mind that we do have a 501C designation for the scholarship fund now if you have something that you would like to get a tax deduction on.  Alumni dues are due on March 15th if you would like to send them in with your money for reunion, I will try to get a letter out in the next week or two telling you where all of the money went from last years donations.  I will also update in an email at least two times in the next couple of weeks.
